Agnishwar Basu is the founder and managing CA of the firm. He received doctorate from the University of North Bengal for his research on Financial Reporting and Earnings Management. He is a fellow member of the ICAI. He did his graduation with specialization in Accounting and Finance from St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata and his M.Com from the University of Calcutta. He had been a rank holder in both graduation and post-graduation level.
He has a multi-dimensional work profile in the areas of tax consultancy, company matters, audit and assurance, loss assessment, management consultancy among many others. He is a well known pleader before GST and Income Tax authorities. He published many research papers in national and international journals. He has been a proficient speaker in many academic and professional conferences and delivered lectures on contemporary accounting, taxation and financial issues. He was an adjunct faculty in MBA course of university. He is known for his dynamic approach of interpreting, analyzing and resolving clients' problems.
Subhadeep Dutta
Designation: Senior Manager & In-Charge - City Plaza Office
Subhadeep Dutta is a post-graduate in commerce and a CA Finalist. He did his articleship from a renowned CA Firm in Siliguri and worked in the corporate sector in the domain of accounting.
He possesses expertise in accounting, audit, assurance and GST. As the senior manager, he takes care of the audit and assurance services provided by the firm. Subhadeep supervises the entire operations of AnA City Plaza office including client relationship, deadline compliance and service quality improvement.
Subhadeep loves good foods and ends up weekends by exploring new food joints.
Subrata Bhaduri (Sona)

Subrata Bhaduri is an Advocate and possesses vast experience of over twenty-five years and is in-charge of AnA Hakimapra office. Since many years, he has been delivering quality services in the areas of land, property, tax, society and NGO matters. He serves all legal necessities including property, land and income tax related issues of our clients and supervises GST related works.

Pawan Ojha
Designation: Manager - Assurance & CRM
Pawan holds a master degree in business administration from ICFAI. He is dynamic young manager who has experiences in the fields of audit and assurance, accounting, relationship management etc. At AnA, Pawan supervises assurance exercises of various local and national business entities and chains, undertaken our team.
He also involves himself and lead the orientations and training of our team to ensure continual quality maintenance and best services.
Amartya Bhattacharya
Designation: Manager - Audit & Accounts
Amartya Bhattacharya is a CA Finalist and has vast experience in the field of accounts and audit. Before joining AnA, he worked in several industries including automobiles, education and health. He takes care of accounting and financial planning assignments of the firm. In addition, he is in charge of company matters and ROC works.
Amartya is very dedicated towards work and loves to use his skills and expertise to ensure quality services.
Besides, Amartya is an amazing photographer specialising in Nature Landscapes, vivid reader and two-wheeler rider.
Debapriya Sarkar
Designation: Manager - Audit & Accounts
Debapriya Sarkar is a graduate in commerce from North Bengal University. His area of expertise includes internal audits, statutory audits, tax audit, assurance services and accounts finalisation. Having vast experience in the field of auditing, Debapriya supervises the audit assignments of the firm.
Debapriya loves to travel and road trips are his favourites. He is also actively involved in welfare activities and runs a charitable organisation with his friends, serving the backward areas of Darjeeling District.
Kalpita Saha, Advocate
Designation: Senior - Legal
Kalpita Saha is a Lawyer, who passed B.A. L.L.B from Indian Institute of Legal Studies under the University of North Bengal. Her areas of interest are Income Tax and GST Laws. She handles the segments of GST compliances, Income Tax consulting, Society and Trust matters. She also assists in litigations works and appears regularly before appellate authorities. She had also supervised stock audit and SOP works. She loves drawings and hopes to have her own exhibition one day.
Md. Raj
Designation: Associate - Accounts
Raj is a commerce graduate from Siliguri College of Commerce. He is a rank-holder in his graduations and currently pursuing CA Intermediate level. At AnA, he takes care of the regular accounting works, finalisation of financial statements, stock audits, statutory audits etc. Raj is a consistent performer and boosts the morale of all in meeting deadlines. He is a passionate individual who has immense love for sports. He is also a fitness freak.
Souvasikta Nag
Designation: Article Assistant
Souvasikta is a commerce graduate. He has cleared both groups of CA intermediate level and currently in the Final levels of Chartered Accountancy. He is currently pursuing his articleship in the firm. Souvasikta is an energetic commerce enthusiast who takes great interest in artificial intelligence, taxation, and corporate laws. He is sincere and a quick-learner and expects to join the profession very soon. Popularly called as Arko, he is a tech-savvy individual with keen interest in business start-ups.
Priya Maheswari
Designation: Associate - Taxation
Priya is an honours graduate in commerce and pursuing company secretaryship under ICSI. She is an energetic lady having experience in the fields of taxation, accounting and assurance. Previously, she worked as the team lead of the firm in the assurance engagement of a national-level hotel chain and had been highly appreciated by the top managements for her inquisitive attitude which led to significant reduction in revenue leakage.
Currently she is looking after the taxation assignments (individual and corporate) of the firm.
